The digitalization of operations is an increasingly consolidated reality in the transport and logistics sector. Apart from allowing connectivity between the different actors in the value chain, the data generated is a great opportunity for the generation of valuable information for decision making. The existing tools in the market for what is called Business Intelligence are many and increasingly powerful. However, it is important to understand how to structure the information and correctly define the organization's indicators so that the data allows this reading of the business.
Objectives of the Workshop
BCL Tallleres de Logística organizes together with Bytemaster this BCL workshop on Business Intelligence oriented to Logistic Operators with the following objectives

About the Speaker Jose Cervantes
Jose Cervantes is a senior consultant at Bytemaster. It currently manages the implementation of new ERP clients for logistics _b firstoperators at the state level. He is also responsible for the design and development of the different Business Intelligence solutions, working closely with clients to correctly define the key business indicators and make the best use of the tools he offersbytemaster.
With a professional career linked to logistics, he specialized in Business Intelligence with a Master's Degree in Business Intelligence from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which allowed him to implement customized solutions in companies of the sector.
He obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and his Master's Degree in Project Management from the EAE in Barcelona, giving him new tools and techniques to successfully manage Business Intelligence _b firstand implementation projects.
